TTPoker Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TTPoker mobile application, website, games, customer support, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by MapleMovie Inc and its affiliates ("TTPoker", "we", "us", or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

• You must meet the minimum age required in your country or region to use the Services.
• If you are under the age of legal majority, you may use the Services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• You may not use the Services if you are prohibited by applicable law or if we previously suspended or terminated your account.

2. Account Registration and Security

• You may need an account to access certain features.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for protecting your login credentials.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Service Description

• TTPoker provides poker, card game, tournament, social gameplay, virtual item, and related entertainment features.
• The Services are provided for entertainment purposes.
• We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, events, game modes, virtual items, or the Services at any time.

4. Simulated Gambling and Virtual Items

• The Services may include simulated poker or social casino-style gameplay.
• Virtual chips, coins, points, props, avatars, tickets, or other virtual items have no cash value unless we expressly state otherwise in a region-specific notice.
• Virtual items cannot be sold, exchanged, withdrawn, transferred for cash, or redeemed for real-world money or prizes.
• Winning in TTPoker does not imply success in real-money gambling.
• We may manage, modify, remove, or limit virtual items where necessary for service operation, compliance, security, or game balance.

5. Purchases, Payments, and Refunds

• Purchases may be processed by Google Play, payment processors, or other authorized payment channels.
• You agree to pay all charges, taxes, and fees associated with purchases you make.
• All purchases of virtual items are final except where required by applicable law or platform policy.
• Refund requests made through Google Play are subject to Google Play policies.
• If a payment is reversed, refunded, charged back, or suspected of fraud, we may adjust virtual item balances or restrict account access.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not cheat, use bots, scripts, automation, exploits, unauthorized software, or modified clients.
• Do not buy, sell, trade, share, or transfer accounts or virtual items outside authorized channels.
• Do not harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, scam, spam, or post illegal, offensive, or infringing content.
• Do not interfere with servers, security systems, matchmaking, payments, rankings, or other users’ experience.
• Do not use the Services for unlawful gambling, money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity.

7. User Content and Communication

• You are responsible for content you submit, including profile information, chat, feedback, and support messages.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, use, reproduce, display, and process user content for operating and improving the Services.
• We may monitor, moderate, remove, restrict, or report content when necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, or comply with law.

8. Intellectual Property

• The Services, including software, artwork, characters, graphics, gameplay elements, logos, trademarks, audio, text, and other materials, are owned by us or our licensors.
• We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services except as permitted by law.

9. Enforcement and Termination

• We may warn, suspend, restrict, reset, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, platform policies, law, or game integrity rules.
• We may remove or adjust virtual items, rankings, rewards, or progress obtained through abuse, error, fraud, or unauthorized activity.
• You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion through available support channels.

10. Updates and Availability

• We may release updates, patches, or changes that are required to continue using the Services.
• The Services may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, technical issues, security incidents, or events beyond our control.
• We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every country or region.

11. Disclaimers

• The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation to the extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the six months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
• Disputes will be resolved by courts located in Delaware, United States, unless applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.
• Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

• We may update these Terms from time to time.
• If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Services or another appropriate method.
• Your continued use of the Services after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
