TTPoker Account Deletion Agreement

This Account Deletion Agreement explains how users may request deletion of a TTPoker account and what happens after an account deletion request is submitted. TTPoker is provided by MapleMovie Inc, located at 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, DE 19901-3618, United States.

By submitting an account deletion request, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service.

1. How to Request Account Deletion

• You may request account deletion through the in-app account deletion feature, if available.
• You may also contact us by email at support@playttpoker.com or privacy@playttpoker.com.
• For security reasons, we may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
• If your account was created through a third-party login or platform service, we may require additional information to identify the correct account.

2. Information Required for Verification

• Your TTPoker account ID, username, registered email address, or other account identifier.
• Device or platform information reasonably necessary to locate and verify the account.
• Proof of ownership where necessary to prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
• We will only request information reasonably needed to verify and process your request.

3. Effect of Account Deletion

• After deletion is completed, you may lose access to your TTPoker account, gameplay history, rankings, friends, messages, virtual chips, virtual items, tournament records, rewards, and other account-related data.
• Deleted accounts may not be recoverable.
• Virtual chips, virtual items, and other in-game balances have no cash value and cannot be refunded, exchanged, withdrawn, or transferred because of account deletion, except where required by applicable law.
• If you reinstall the app or log in again after deletion, a new account may be created and previous progress may not be restored.

4. Processing Time

• We will process account deletion requests within a reasonable period after verification.
• Where required by applicable law, we will complete deletion within the legally required timeframe.
• Some deletion requests may take longer if additional verification, fraud review, payment review, dispute handling, or legal compliance checks are required.

5. Data We May Retain

• We may retain certain information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, tax and accounting requirements, payment records, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, enforcement of our Terms of Service, or protection of our rights and users.
• Retained information will be limited to what is necessary for the relevant purpose and kept according to our retention practices.
• We may retain de-identified, aggregated, or anonymized data that no longer identifies you.

6. Pending Payments, Refunds, and Disputes

• If your account has pending purchases, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, suspected fraud, or unpaid amounts, we may delay deletion until those matters are resolved.
• Purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google Play payment and refund policies.
• Deleting your TTPoker account does not automatically cancel subscriptions, third-party platform accounts, or payment obligations managed outside TTPoker.

7. Suspension, Abuse, and Enforcement Records

• If an account has been involved in cheating, fraud, abuse, illegal activity, payment disputes, or violations of our Terms of Service, we may retain limited enforcement records where necessary to protect the Services and other users.
• Account deletion does not prevent us from enforcing our rights, investigating misconduct, or complying with lawful requests.

8. Withdrawal or Cancellation of Deletion Request

• If you change your mind, contact support@playttpoker.com as soon as possible.
• We may not be able to cancel the deletion request once deletion has been completed or the account has entered final processing.
• If cancellation is accepted, some account features or data may still be unavailable if they were already removed.

9. Relationship With Privacy Policy

• This Agreement should be read together with the TTPoker Privacy Policy.
• The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and what privacy rights may be available to you.
• If there is a conflict between this Agreement and the Privacy Policy regarding privacy rights, the Privacy Policy and applicable law will control.
