This Privacy Policy explains how MapleMovie Inc and its affiliates ("TTPoker", "we", "us", or "our") collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you use the TTPoker mobile application, website, games, customer support, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

• Purchase and payment information, such as order number, product purchased, price, payment channel, transaction status, receipts, refund records, and fraud-prevention information. We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Communications and user content, such as messages you send to support, reports, feedback, profile content, and in-game chat where available.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
• Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, process purchases, deliver virtual items, and provide customer support.
• Maintain game integrity, detect cheating, automation, abuse, payment fraud, security incidents, and violations of our Terms of Service.
• Personalize content, gameplay experiences, offers, events, and in-app messages.
• Analyze performance, fix bugs, improve features, and measure marketing effectiveness.
• Serve ads where applicable and measure ad performance, subject to your device settings and applicable law.

• Service providers that support hosting, analytics, customer service, payment processing, push notifications, fraud prevention, and app operations.
• Platform and payment partners, including Google Play and payment processors, to complete purchases, refunds, and account services.
• Advertising and analytics partners, where permitted, to measure campaigns and show relevant ads.
• Authorities, regulators, courts, or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.

5. Advertising and Analytics

• The Services may use analytics and advertising SDKs to understand usage, improve performance, measure campaigns, and display ads.
• You may reset or limit use of your advertising ID through your device settings. Availability of controls depends on your device and region.
• We do not knowingly sell personal information of children or knowingly use children’s data for behaviorally targeted advertising.

6. Children and Age Restrictions

• TTPoker is not directed to children under the minimum age required in your country or region.
• If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without required consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
• Parents or guardians may contact us at privacy@playttpoker.com to request review or deletion of a child’s information.

7. Simulated Gambling Notice

• TTPoker may include poker, card game, tournament, virtual chips, virtual items, and social casino-style features.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise in a region-specific notice, virtual chips and virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred outside the Services for real money or prizes.
• Success in social casino gameplay does not imply future success in real-money gambling.

8. Data Retention

• We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, operate accounts, process transactions, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
• When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it according to our retention procedures, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

9. Your Choices and Rights

• You may access, update, or delete certain account information through the app settings where available.
• You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection where applicable law provides those rights.
• You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, but this will not affect processing before withdrawal.

• No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
